Outline:

Working on the shop floor reducing and stocking items.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking stock for near out of date items, and reducing if necessary
  • Removing out of date stock in line with legal requirements
  • Supporting checkouts during busy periods
  • Customer service

Outline:

Working on solutions for customer orders.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing inbound customer orders and carrying out appropriate actions required to complete the request.

1st/2nd Line Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Providing front line telephone and email IT support to clients
  • Resolving support requests where possible as first line support, in accordance with agreed SLA's
  • Computer equipment supply, repairs, builds and configuration
  • Answering Support Phone Calls and Emails and resolving clients' issues
  • Monitoring alerts to prevent potential issues before it affects a client
  • Reviewing existing processes and making improvements
  • Deployment, configuration and testing of new IT systems and equipment
  • Liaising with users and technical teams to identify and resolve problems and fulfil service requests
  • Developing processes and procedures to assist the support team tasks and activities
